It's been good so far. I've experienced a couple of racially insensitive incidents when i first started but have since moved on past those. Asurion is a cool place to work; I'm glad to be here.

What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my teammates. I couldn't make it some days without them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's open and inviting. I personally love the D&I efforts that the company is continually working on. Things here are not perfect but there is effort to get there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm not sure WHICH leadership team you mean. Is it the one I work with directly in my role or is it the C level leadership team. I can't answer this one as it's unclear.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a cohesive and collaborative team. Very vocal and opinionated. We look out for each other. We work to make sure no one on our team stumbles or looks bad. Always has each others backs.
