I've been here over 15 years, there has been only one time I wanted to leave the company. I've manageed to grow with the company working in several positions and departments.

They listen to the employees.

We work together to achieve the common goal.

Achieving the final goal to serve our customers.

The compensation package is affordable.

Most everyone work as one team regardless of what department you work.

The majority of all teams in all departments work with a one team mentality.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very knowledgable. We work as one team. There are very litte compaints. No bickering amoung team members.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always give good feedback on difficult situations. They welcome suggestions. They're always working on inproving the work situations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think Asuron is not up to date with current wages and cost of living increaces as other conpanies with the same type of work.
