It has been a good run. Most of the time I've been happy but as in all jobs, there are certainly times when I am not. But I work as hard as I can.
What makes you most happy at work?
Actually getting the product to the point of launch and getting the early results.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all seem to have similar interest. Non work related conversations seem pretty natural.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The vacation policy is great. Get your work done and take the time you need to take.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leaders are pretty transparent. They didn't used to be the case. I feel like most of the time they are upfront with the team and share information.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my currently role I signed up for the job. Almost immediately had a second job thrown on top. I knew this was coming and I was find with it. But I do think compensation/promotions should be forthcoming. But I do not expect that to be the case.
