Asurion is a good company & getting bigger and better. We need to make investments in our people. We need better training and development & leadership programs We need to execute on D&I. We promote white males in their 40's that look just like our CEO. So we preach D&I but don't do it.

Asurion is a good company. We do some things like a small company and others like a large company. I think we need to do a better job with career development. We need better training programs and high potentials and future leaders.
