I've had a lot of opportunity to grow, receive feedback, be challenged, to demonstrate my capabilities, to be rewarded. I've met fantastic people, have seen awesome teamwork, and felt like I was a part of many successes.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have had amazing opportunities throughout my time at Asurion. I feel comfortable that my leadership will continue to provide me new chances to grow and be challenged because of our open dialog and regular sharing of feedback as well as training opportunities.

Transparency in the company performance, direction. Humanity in their communication style.

The transparency created during the pandemic was amazing and is being maintained as time goes on

We value one another as complete human beings as opposed to cogs in a machine pushing out a product
What is the best part about your compensation package?
"Unlimited" PTO and flexible scheduling makes it much easier for me to take the time I need to be with my family

The vast majority of the people I work with are excited about solving problems and thinking creatively, which reinvigorates me to do the same

PTO that is not tracked by hours/number - named as "unlimited", but better described as "at manager's discretion". It isn't as if I can leave for months at a time and still get paid... :)
