Working for Asurion has been a very pleasant experience and better than I could have hoped for when I joined the team. For me, the culture, while at times can be a little challenging to uphold, is what makes people come back every day. I enjoy my leadership and team and plan to be here a long time.

Very employee-centric, though it can be a challenge when tough messages need to be said or decisions need to be made.

Their transparency, starting with Tony, Barry, and Todd, and also approach to the business. My HR Leadership is amazing and really cares about my career and me, as a person, from Scott and Nye.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like I am fairly compensated for the work I do. benefit could be better with a wider range of unique offerings but overall, they are satisfying to me as an employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
To me, at my level of the business, Asurion has a genuine family atmosphere with individuals I enjoy working with. I wish this was the same for everyone and they had the experiences I have had.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing. My leader, Edie, always tries to inform us of things going on in the business so we are well prepared. My peers are absolutely amazing and always partner to assist each other in getting the job done.
