I've been here for a handful of years and it feels like a decade - I was fortunate to find great teachers/mentors/coaches that helped me assimilate and grow. The work is extremely fast-paced and challenging and you have to enjoy out of the box problem solving to like it.

Most are personable and approachable - but majority are white men.

having a good day, recognition by peers/leadership, being successful in solving a problem.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The friendliness of the people who work there - especially at the lower levels.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair and equitable compensation across race and gender for those in the same roles and same geographies/costs of living.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and welcome the opportunity to discuss issues (not likely to change anyone's mind; but open to discussion).

Making a difference, doing a good job, being recognized for helping a teammate or coworker or employee do a good job.

No one ever says "Go away, I'm too busy to help" or is unwilling to talk about what they do at Asurion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the sense of culture and open mindedness that is encouraged - the ability to be (and be liked) as your authentic self
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like promotions are harder in some groups than others and big salary jumps only align with those. So a director in one group would make more than a sr. manager in another that are using similar skills.
