They're agility. Asurion does not mind pivoting and trying new things to stay competitive.

Smart hires without the aggressive, pushy, and wired-weird nature; that usually comes with tech-related companies.

Feeling part of a company that is destined for bigger and better in the years to come.

Several rounds and team interviews ensured I was a good fit not just for my hiring manager and immediate team but across the company.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Breakdown of silos; Its a huge company but often people in the same department don't know each other or what other peers are responsible for. Need more integration
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus payout since I've been here has been strictly adhered to. Other companies will typically revise based on the health of the company. Admittedly, the company has done extremely well (made plan) every quarter since I've been here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Asurion compensation is on the higher end paying more than most reputable tech cos. What is not clear is the stock options and when/if the company will go public which is quite honestly the important part of the package to me.
