I feel like I get paid well for my expertise and experience. This reduces a lot of financial stress which allows me to better focus on doing my job well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've joined many ERGs and it has been a wonderful and meaningful way to connect with others. I like that I can join those events as I please. I purposefully make time for them but sometimes you also just want to get to work. This allows me to connect and feel belonging in a way that works for me.
