
The people I work with at the UBIF Help Desk and my fellow leaders on the UBIF side. Without them, I would have left the company a long time ago.
Despite the gross lack of compensation, our Team puts their best effort forward each and every day. Hardly complains unless it's truly warranted and in general are a beacon of light that keeps all of us going.
I feel incredibly undervalued largely due to the disparity in roles compared to customer service, for example. We are also not paid a fair living wage relative to our area and our skillset. When pay has been discussed I have literally been told to "Go somewhere else".
Asurion Leadership could actually listen to us when it comes to things we know more about than them. Portal and UBIF systems in general. They acquired us for a reason and it truly feels like we are being left to burnout as a resource when they could be utilizing us far better
The Leadership Team is in dire need of a reality check at the highest level. I am consistently amazed at how out of touch they are when it comes to what logistically works and what is purely a feel good concession. Were also not paid what we are worth by a longshot.
