The team made me feel comfortable from the start, very welcoming. Always willing to help one another, and genuinely wants everyone to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really hire great people overall. The environment is very open and welcoming, no on makes you feel intimidated or less than someone else. They view roles as partners vs higher or lower levels to make sure everyone knows they are valued by speaking up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team all genuinely cares about everyone on our team and it consistently shows. They are so open to new ideas, feedback, improvements, etc and really know how to make you feel comfortable and cared about at work. You are more than just a number here!
What makes you most happy at work?
I like what I do. Coming from a company with an unhealthy culture prior, this is a breath of fresh air. The people and how they operate make it great. They have a great work life balance as well. Very flexible. They want you to meet your goals how you are best able to work, not focusing where.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the unlimited PTO, I count that as compensation, but in general, they pay very well and are always looking for the next level up.
