What does the leadership team need to get better at?
integrity training, consistent information available to all employees, get rid of HERO XR as it doesn't take into account the human factor in phone calls
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
less stress on call metrics, more focus on if the customer's issue was resolved or not. also, the sales staff needs to be better trained as to what it is they're selling to people and actually learn the product, not just the selling points
