What are some of the best things about your team?

They have the same interests as me.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nothing really comes to mind :)

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually listen to feedback from frontline people. Stop hiring managers from outside the company who have no experience in our field.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We're on the lower end of the spectrum for pay in our field. Good people keep leaving the company due to low pay, being overworked, and short staffed constantly.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Stop hiring managers who have no experience in the tech field. Stop running stores with 2-3 people and expect to get Grade A results consistently. Stop forcing unrealistic sales goals and having mandatory calls about sales.
