Company wise, everyone is accommodating and together with the package Asurion offer, they're just some flaws overall - like having random promotions w/o valid processes internally and externally.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being goal oriented - yet metrics are somehow unreasonable specially w/ having the HERO idea, for me it still works best w/ the regular Quality Assurance processed by a Human Being not an Artificial Intelligence/System.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make sure that experts are getting the right compensation and are taken cared of. Specially when COVID came, I really appreciate the door-to-door shuttle service they've provided and the everyday free meals aside from having all the allowances. KUDOS to everyone.
