I haven't been at the company for long and I'm remote so I don't have a real feel for company culture. Some of it is starting to come through as I see all-hands meetings and biz updates. Several things missed at onboarding -- would have liked to have known about ACE and intro videos from execs

Inclusive and routine communication is good.

Remote team is very tight with time. Feels "all business."
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like my wage is competitive and I'll have opportunity to grow
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on problem with a true team approach to solving it. Equal contribution without passing the buck.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
New to the company, don't know them well enough yet. Would be cool to have had a welcome video from the exec team when I onboarded.
