They company was great in the beginning working as a tech and doing small messages at home we work on quality over quantity. Now everything is sales sell sell i hate it we are not addressing our customer issue and upper management are coming down on us.

I feel undervalued because i am tech not a sales agent to put me in sales is like degrading i worked hard to get out of sales and here i am back in it
