Culture is great, most of the people are great, the compensation and work/life balance needs work. Leaders throw work at us but don't understand how long it can take, the stress, and then not feeling like you can take off work is a problem.

Diversity and inclusion is a large focus.

I love my peers; we work very hard.

I don't know them or have never met them personally.
What makes you most happy at work?
My role itself. I do enjoy what I do but wish I was compensated better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other companies pay their employees more in their base salary. I personally feel I do the work of two, sometimes three people, and I am not compensated anymore for it.
