What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is fun to talk to and competent.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I enjoy the pace and (usually) the atmosphere of the new office.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too siloed. Project managers can be better about fostering communication regarding changes to programs and ensuring key stakeholders are involved. My team does not have the appropriate resources to complete tasks at a high level. Increase my pay to market so I feel valued.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm underpaid and an adjustment to market would make me feel better about my comp. Leadership's big talking point is that "people don't leave because of pay, but because of poor leaders." Ensuring your team is paid market, even when that means sacrificing double digit EBITA is leadership.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Executive leadership appears to be out of touch with your average subscriber and employee. Employees need better resources and support to complete daily tasks. The employment market in Nashville is unique and we need to adjust our salaries to retain top talent and to continue to attract new talent.
