I love Asurion. They have helped me be successful single mother and helped me keep employed in my area so I could raise my son in the area my family lives in. They didn't have to do that but the Leaders made it possible by finding me a job when my other department would make me relocate.

The people that I get to interact with from the coaches, experts and peers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I truly feel they care about the people, that they take care of them outside of work if they have any problems such as natural disasters or the society issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been here over 15 years and I know their are people in positions below me that make what I do coming into their role. Raises don't get up to the market value when you have tenure
