I have been with Asurion 14 years, which says a lot for me. Usually I learn what a company is REALLY about & am ready to leave after a year. I still love coming to work everyday and doing what I do. Asurion is ever changing, but consistent with their desire for employee engagement & satisfaction.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the industry, people with my title experience start out $25k more than what I make. I love Asurion and team, but it would be nice to be paid a little more. I realize I have so much to learn, and Asurion supports me and my growth, which is why I stay. Asurion is my home.
