I like the town hall meeting and updates on where the company is going and that it is shared with the employees so that we feel more a part of the company.

sharing of information and just being supportive as a work family, for each other.

Ability to save via the 401k and matching by the company to a certain percentage and the HSA savings option.

Appreciate the Town hall meetings every month or so and the short updates on Zoom, weekly or bi-weekly to keep us in the know about how the business is doing, how we support each other and our community and any trending changes.
