The way they collaborate to solution for common and even uncommon challenges. We have a lot of smart people around here!

The people that don't complain and focus on a situation but the best way for us to come out on top with a solution that makes sense.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have choices and options. I like that I am able to be paid fairly but also given the opportunity to protect my finances and overall health of my family.

We are a diverse group and always open to the thoughts of others. We are active participants across multiple ERGs and get to interact with lots of teams across the business.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm not a fan of the commute into downtown every day, (regardless of time) but not an issue once I am there. I have been very intentional about never working downtown in my life. I never had an issue going into any of the previous buildings where I worked that weren't downtown.
