What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team in the business function I'm in seem to care a lot about work-life balance, and don't micromanage which I appreciate. They're also good champions at collaborative and creative problem solving.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team is fairly small, but overall the other individuals I work with in my business function are great. They bring fun new ideas together, and are good at thinking outside of the box. I also feel like those in my business function are inclusive and welcoming.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think there's a trust, and that it doesn't feel like they want butts in seats. They'd rather let you live a flexible lifestyle, and have good work-life balance to achieve smarter work rather than obligatory work. Also it feels like no ideas is too small and I love that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like in my current role the pay I receive for what the same person does in Product is lower than what I get paid. Overall, only being a few years out of grad school I'm happy at my pay rate. I just know there's a difference in pay in my role across business functions.
