As things have changed in recent years, I can appreciate Asurion much better. There are checks and balances to protect groups and individuals that might not have been considered for promotion before.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as if salaries are arrived at arbitrarily and feel that there should be a published pay table for certain positions at the company. It has been too easy for individuals to keep other's compensation low because they understood how the system worked.
