I hear supervisor's give one on one with you. I've been an Asurion employee for 4 years, and had never had one

We have 3 leads, but only one seems to do everything. He's awesome. But it isn't fair for him to do all the work

Increase in pay for what I do. I worked hard and fill I should receive the extra .50/hr for being on my feet all day. No complaints about what I do. I enjoy my work very much
