What is the best part about your compensation package?
The paid time off. I have never had a job that gave more paid vacation time. Also, the company pays the majority of my medical benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The open door policy. Or managers are always willing to address any issues and you always hear a follow up on any issues brought up during our manager meetings
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisor is the best! She seems to genuinely care about me and makes sure I am taken care of and have what I need. I know I can approach her or my manager for any reason.
