Our team works together on a lot of projects. We have a good, collaborative, creative workflow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team seems to be sincere in their efforts to make Asurion a great place to work. I think they are taking the company in a good direction for growth, profits, and stability.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very good work/life balance. We work hard, and we have a lot of projects on our plate all the time, but it's never overwhelming. The job never goes beyond 40 hours a week, or beyond the expected 9-5 workday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that many people on my team are paid a higher salary than me for the same amount of work, same skill set, same prior work experience. I would feel better about my compensation if I wasn't paid less for the same job that others are paid more to do.
