They are genuine. I have made friends here that I can hang out with outside of work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is more than the salary. We have an ACE point award structure, spot bonus and much more. There are tons of ways to thank people here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have the freedom to solve problems as I see fit. I am allowed to take risks and if I fail I am not penalized. The most important thing to me however at Asurion is the culture that this Leadership team has built.
