This is a great company. Partly because it is privately held, partly because we have empaths in executive roles. I already got my husband working here in a different division.

There is so much to be positive about. But I would say the diversity and employee resource groups.

Asurion helps create this awesome diverse culture where people can bring together the variety of experiences of their lives in a way where everyone is valued.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
One of the cool things about Asurion is that we have so many benefits that pretty much any scenario imaginable there is a benefit or discount for that. Pay adjustments always trend upwards!
What makes you most happy at work?
I am never bored. Leadership listens and I told them I get bored working on the same thing every day so they ensure I get as much time possible doing new and interesting things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
One of the brand promise items at Asurion is being Remarkably Human. I really have seen that every day at all levels of this company. I came from the public sector and have never felt the right to exist and thrive like I do at Asurion.
