Feedback. I don't have to worry if feedback is positive or negative. It's always constructive. It's much easier to be happy when you feel secure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Asurion will take care of the employee to the detriment of the company. Leadership knows that people make the company and that people are our customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having multiple insurance providers to choose from is great especially when you come on as a new employee as you are more than likely able to choose a plan that has your current medical providers in network.
