It hasn't been long which can be why I'm still excited but from the stories I hear from people who have been here 9+ years, it seems to be a great job and their attitude makes it worth coming into the office everyday/every other day. It's also cool to see upper management walking through the office.

Everyone is so understanding and willing to help whenever needed/possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
The building is amazing, second to none it seems like in Nashville.

Everyone, on my team at least, wants to see everyone succeed and actually care about the companies success.

The willingness to help and how involved in my progression they are so that I can be a better worker.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldn't say "undervalued" and the pay is great..for almost all parts of TN but I believe/have been offered to get paid more at other places but the company culture is what really sells Asurion but for those who don't care or have never heard about/experienced the culture, will take other offers.
