A healthy number of meetings that require far more energy than the resulting changes and insufficient tooling leave each day less productive and fullfilling, but perhaps that's the norm at this scale.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My onboarding included a relocation and Asurion was wonderfully understanding and flexible. In the time I've been with the company, that has been the overall spirit. Through mentorship I was encouraged to start my first podcast and I hope to achieve AWS certifications over the next year.

I don't sense any personal anxiety. It's a very mature group.

Platform work I've done in recent months. I also enjoy teaching development tools/skills.

Flexibility. Between my health and family, the flexibility that's been extended is hard to quantify, but is as important as my pay.

The incredible diversity. We are a true, international team and I get to meet people from all over the world on a daily basis.

Knowing that I continue to grow while my efforts will both improve our offerings and improve our margin by automating processes that are appropriate, and enforcing code-quality through standardization and automation.
