I believe it's mostly positive but as a remote employee viewing the buddy buddy promotions we have here hurts morale. The fact I can probably tell you now who all the awards will go to end of the year as a remote employee is bad. My immediate boss is amazing and the team I'm on is great.

Their willingness to help one another. Helping develop and build up each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My peers try to have fun and be as positive as possible during what is intense work days.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work we do and sacrifice we MUST take doesn't equal the pay we receive. Peers who do similar roles in other companies with 60% less of the workload make more than us. Benefits are identical.
