There are relatively few jerks. There is a low ratio of Jerks to Good People.

I'm assuming the leadership team is Detter. I thought he did a good job navigating Covid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The 3% merit increase seemed ridiculously low with the rate of inflation. Other entities I know of get a COLA adjustment plus a merit increase.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't feel like the business development team is competitive enough. When was the last time we won a significant RFP? I'll be out of a job soon because we won't have the meaningful clients.
