In a short answer: It has become the toxic workplace of favoritisms and sales that has now ruined me as a person. I was once proud. But now, I sit at a desk wishing I had more meaning to my job. Instead it's full of non-sense meetings that produce no changes and a division of cliques.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compassion. Understanding. Allowing people to be themselves. Quit with favoritism.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises are minimal. Rating system is broken and needs redesigned. I can get paid more at a gas station.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are only a select few I enjoy working with. A lot of my co-workers attempt to step out of their positions too often, or are not held accountable like others or myself.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Actually allow us to do what we were hired for. Stop threats for lack of sales. Stop the façade of truly caring, and actually care. Reward workers who actually make differences. Focus on more than jus
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I used to be happy to go to work. However the culture has shifted so far into the negative that I now am here for a paycheck, skating by until a better opportunity arises. Remove the sales mindset.
