I have only been here for 4 years and was not aware of everything Asurion did and how large it was. I was also not aware of what a great company culture they had. It is fast paced enough that I feel I have not done the same job all 4 years.

I enjoy working with my team and finding solutions to problems.

The company status updates and transparency. Information is available is you take advantage of it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the selection of benefits that are offered to US employees. They always try to offer a variety of voluntary benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Asurion really cares about the employees and their well being. They are consistently checking with surveys or responding to employees questions. They invest in training for their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my team work from home but we are very close and work well together. We are always willing to help one another and jump in to help.
