ive had ups and downs, but never unfairly so. i am rewarded for my work and recognized. i have watched us try to make right by our employees every day and where we can. I dont plan on ever leaving as long as they will have me.

I make a very good living for what i do.

seeing a challenge we have been given tackled and achieved by the work our teams do together.

we have fun and support each other through our days. i am never on a island

we value culture above all else. i have seen bad results and its not lets fire or lets push, its what is the culture like for them, how can we help them. putting culture first lets us gain the hearts of our employees
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ive worked at a couple different places, and i have felt like a number, here i feel like a family. we had event and my wife dropped me off. they invited her and my son inside to mingle and enjoy the event. i have bad/rough days, but never a day where i want to leave because i know i am valued
