It has been a great experience. I do feel valued. If I had to change one thing about the company is the higher I move up the more clicks I see and that perception can lead to questions about promotions.

Its an inclusive environment and the leaders go out of their way to make us feel valued

The engagement. They take the time to stop and speak and even though they are busy and my title is not at their level
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are my family. I spend more time with them then I do my wife and 3 daughters so I feel like they are invested in me.
