I have had a generally positive experience within Asurion and have grown a ton. I have been able to work in various parts of the organization and promote every 1.5-2 year mark. I have had a great experience with every immediate leader I have had.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility of creating my own work follow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The capacity to see every member of the team as a human being and respect and honor the fact that work may not be the center of their life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that we hold true to our core values and think in terms of servant leadership. I can see that in my immediate leadership and in the work ethic of most of my peers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wearing multiple hats is expected within any role within Asurion at times. However, more often than not the line in which "multiple hats" vs. doing the work of someone else that gets paid more than you is crossed often. Leaving one to feel that they are overworked and under paid.
