Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My Leader has already identified the gap of contribution to compensation and is actively working to close the gap by aligning my pay in a way that is fair and beneficial to both Asurion and myself. I only marked this as no, to point out: the moment I said something leadership reviewed & took action.
