Pros: Great people, pretty good benefits and pay, the work is often fun and challenging. Cons: Lack of structure/streamlined processes can be frustrating. No clear strategy. Often feels like company doesn't have a plan. Competitiveness to "win" the work creates a negative atmosphere sometimes.

I like their honesty. They know we aren't perfect, and are willing to grow from our mistakes as a company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus, although I haven't had a chance to experience it yet since I just started less than a year ago.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The chance to grow and develop, as well as the work being fun / the voice of Asurion not being bland, so writing is definitely not boring!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how my team members bring their authentic selves to work every day. I enjoy our group chats, GIFs, happy hours and genuine connections. It truly does feel like a family here.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I feel valued, am able to work on bigger, more creative projects, collaborate with my fellow team members, and there are clear deliverables and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing.
