Asurion – Always pushing for more, more, more. We do not celebrate wins. "Good work" is simply rewarded with more work. If you are not in the gulch, you don't really matter. What is the best part about your compensation package?

It's very competitive. I feel that I am compensated fairly.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I do like how people of color and women are well represented. Top management is still basically a bunch of old white guys though.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The understanding that the situations that leadership put us in is never ideal, but together we overcome the expectations of executive management and how unstable their roadmaps are.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Working in a fast paced ever changing environment is not a perk of the position, it's a drawback. Having to constantly pivot because every stakeholder is trying to squeeze you for every second of you life they can get. Working before breakfast and part dinner is now an expectation, not an exception.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Telling the remaining employed staff that it's okay that you just termed 7 percent of your workforce because you are still "very profitable" is kind of tone def as well as telling the company that you were not doing any more layoffs then term more employees in Q4. Not a single executive was termed..
