It's pretty good overall. It could be way worse. I generally like the people I work with, and I love the work I do. However I think the executive leadership at this company is full of clowns and is a complete joke. They would make very successful politicians with how much crap they're full of! ^_^
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I mean it's fine, but if you think I "look forward" to working... LOOOL
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership team is AMAZING. Extremely supportive and down to earth. They are very hands on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really appreciate how progressive and forward-thinking Asurion can be. Although it can be corny, preachy, and make me roll my eyes, it sure beats the alternative!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very small, love that. The people on my team are super easy to get along with, and it makes collaboration a breeze! I also love their sense of humor, which means never a dull day at UBIF! ^_^
