The company culture is very positive. It emphasizes growth and learning as well as innovation and striving to provide value for our customers.

They try to be transparent with regards to financial health of the company and do a good job of sharing the vision and the direction of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overall compensation package is a bit on the low side. Would like to have either better comp or more perks. Even the lunches have gotten more expensive. Would like to see pay at least meeting the inflation increase.

Overall bonus is nice but would be nice if had a multiplier tied to the performance of the company. Also the health benefits are not great. Cigna is horrible to work with and overall the insurance and 401k plans are expensive with not great options.
