In general I do enjoy working here. My coworkers are amazing. However, that cannot be said about all leadership verticals. It feels hard to get promoted or get a proper raise. We have an employee education fund, but cannot get funds approved to further our development. 300 words is not enough

A yearly pay increase that keeps up with inflation
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The RTO shift is unwelcomed. I believe that being 'encouraged' to be in office 3 days a week is bad for moral and productivity. Depending on your location, you have a difference experience on office life. The gulch is wonderful, but the other locations are lacking in amenities
