My co-workers mimic the lack of knowledge exhibited by leaders. The leaders have set the bar extremely low.

There is nothing positive about this company's culture. They are focused on the most current buzz word to keep people complacent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation with bonus barely meets the expectation of inflation every year. This year's monetary compensation was not adjusted for cost-of-living increases along with inflation.
