10+ years with no promotion while I have watched other less qualified people get promotions. I hit a ceiling I cant seem to get past. I have to be accountable as well, if I were willing to move to Nashville I am sure I could get promoted.

Being able to use my creative mind
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My senior Manager is a great human in many ways making my job a pleasure.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Transparancy. The ability to say what we need to say to each other with out worry of offending the other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am at the top of my pay scale and there is no advancment oppertunity becuse of lack of growth. I can go outside of my department but I would have to move to Nashville. Good thing I have a great boss!
