Give us a flat rate commission structure. There shouldn't be a need to do some arbitrary equation to figure out what your making.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to spend money to build the brand. We have no commercials, targeted AI ad's, nothing. No one has ever heard of this business.
