It used to br great. But it seems like Asurion made some bad financial decisions so everything is about a number and people don't matter. I don't matter. As long as my team does well I'm not in harms way, as soon as a number drops I'm on the chopping block. I don't get paid fairly for the hours

STOP IGNORING FRAUD JUST BECAUSE NUMBERS LOOK NICE
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about my compensation if I was compensated fairly for the role I am in the area of the country I work in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing, the culture is basically sell or be fired. Doesn't matter how you get there. Fraud in a ton of markets but the number looks good so it doesn't matter.
