My co-workers and that we have fun and laugh often.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited paid time off and then you throw in holidays and the fact we go through a change freeze at the end of the year, you get enough time away from work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the fast past environment. You learn something new everyday. I also appreciate the fact that everyone strive to do really great work but don't get penalize if you make a mistake.
What are some of the best things about your team?
If you don't know something, they are happy to explain things to you. Being a PM, we're not familiar with all technologies. However, once we PM an effort, they make sure we understand and we walk away with additional knowledge.
